KİRMAN MÜLK YATIRIM İNŞAAT A.Ş. was established in 2025 and is a company specialized in construction, real estate development, and valuation.
One of our founders, Salih Zeki Karabulut, started his construction activities in 2002 and continues to operate actively in the sector. Hasan Işık began working in real estate development and valuation in 2001. Şahin Sevinç started his construction career in 2005 and continues his activities to this day. With the combination of the three partners’ sectoral experience under the same roof, a reliable, corporate, and sustainable partnership has been formed.
As an Ankara-based brand, we aim to produce safe, aesthetic, durable, and long-lasting structures that meet the needs of modern urban life. We take care to develop projects that define not only today’s but also future living standards.
